Classification according to place of use

1. General hinges

It is what we often call the general hinge, which can be used for cabinet doors, windows, doors, etc. Hinges, from the material can be divided into: iron, copper, stainless steel. 2. Spring hinge

Mainly used for cabinet doors, wardrobe doors, it generally requires a plate thickness of 18-20mm. From the material, it can be divided into: galvanized iron, zinc alloy. From the performance points, it can be divided into two types: need to punch holes, do not need to punch holes. No need to punch a hole is what we call a bridge hinge. The bridge hinge looks like a bridge, so it is commonly known as a bridge hinge. It is characterized by the fact that there is no need to drill holes in the door panel and is not limited by the specifications. Specifications are: small, medium, large. Holes need to be punched, that is, spring hinges that are now commonly used on cabinet doors. Its features: the door panel must be punched, the style of the door is limited by the hinge, the door will not be blown open by the wind after closing, and there is no need to install various spiders. Specifications are: &26, &35. Among them, there are detachable directional hinges and non-detachable directional hinges. About the difference between the three hinges of right angle (straight arm), half-bend (half-bend), large bend (big bend):

3. Gate hinge

6. Special-shaped hinge

It is also a corner hinge, the opening angle is large, and it is also relatively extensive in daily use

7. Other hinges

There are counters hinges, door hinges, glass hinges. Glass hinges are used to install frameless glass cabinet doors, requiring glass thickness of not more than 5-6mm. The specifications have punch holes and have all the properties of a spring hinge. Non-punching is magnetic type and upper and lower top mounting type, such as PepsiCo, magnetic glass hinge, etc.
