In our daily life, there are often drawers with slide rails that are difficult to open or cannot be opened, and the following is the cause of this situation:

Reason 1: When installing the drawer slide, the reserved width is not enough. When our slide thickness is 13mm, the installation thickness reserved during installation is also 13mm, which can easily lead to drawers that cannot be pulled out. Therefore, the reserved thickness should be increased by 0.5mm on the basis of the original thickness of the slide.

Reason two: Because the slide rail is straight, the place where the slide rail is installed should also be straight. If the slide needs to be installed in a place that is not horizontally straight, it will cause the drawer to not pull out.

Reason three: the design of the slide rail itself is unreasonable, resulting in unsmooth pulling.
