First, the accuracy does not interfere with each other: the accuracy of the linear guide will not affect each other when manufacturing and using, and a higher accuracy coefficient is obtained.
Second, the principle of proximity of dynamic and static friction factors: when designing a linear guide pair, the dynamic and static friction coefficients of the contact surface of the guide rail should be as close as possible, so that higher repeat positioning accuracy and low-speed smoothness can be obtained. Rolling guides, mounted with plastic plates, ordinary sliding guides with plastic sheets, the friction factor is small and the static and dynamic friction coefficients are more likely to be close to a certain number of values. It is made into a mid-convex shape, which compensates for the bending deformation caused by the weight of the spindle box.

Third, the contact principle: fixed linear guide length, to ensure that the moving guide rail is in the two limit positions of the maximum stroke, and the fixed guide rail for full-length contact, to ensure that the linear guide pair can complete the full contact in the process.
Fourth, the principle of automatic fitting of the sub-rail: In order to make the guide rail high precision, the guide rail pair must have the characteristics of automatic lamination. Horizontal rails can be bonded by the weight of the moving member; the remaining rails require additional spring force or roller pressure to fit together.
Fifth, the principle of compensatory force deformation and thermal deformation: the linear guide rail and its support will cause deformation when the temperature changes, and when designing the guide rail and its support, it is required to form a corresponding shape after deformation.
